Pigmented Air
The Colour Run happens in the summer when fun runners somehow get covered in pastel shades of pigment. I am not sure how or why. When cleaning up afterwards, the street sweeping truck pumps pigment dust into the air, pigmenting the atmosphere in a rather charming (and presumably hazardous) way. Here are some views of the effects and the cause.
