A few more views of Instrument Six, which is capable of floating a shadow in mid air. I would like to get back to this at some stage to tickle out its potential a little further.
Neil Denari came and gave a really excellent talk at the University of Brighton on Monday. I’m looking forward to his new book.

The radiators under each pew are in the Frue Kirke in Trondheim – reminiscent of the seats in the lobby of the Van Nelle factory in Rotterdam (Van de Vlugt) – and an inventive addition of comfort.
I am in Trondheim for the Norwegian Artistic Research Program’s Autumn Forum where I am a respondent for one of the presenters (Neil Forrest, the very talented Canadian ceramicist). It is an impressive programme. I have been invited to quite a few conferences related to creative research but this is the first where one of the presenters has made a film starring Juliette Binoche! The film, A Thousand Times Goodnight, is by Erik Poppe (seen below in a subsequent session discussing his “subjective objective” method).
